NYU Nursing Program
Carla Mariano, Associate Professor, has developed
and is now coordinating the Advanced Holistic Nurse Practitioner program,
in the division of Nursing at New York University. This is the first
holistic nurse practitioner program in the country. Carla is the recipient
of the Distinguished Achievement in Nursing Education Award from Columbia
University Teachers College and was named the 2003-2004 Holistic Nurse
of the Year Award by the American Holistic Nurses Association.
